Benjamin Sargent is a rising star with MXAT's Studio Six, a new American theater company founded in 2005. A graduate of the historical first American Course to study at the School-Studio of MXAT, Ben is proud to be a "Russian actor of American origin." He has performed in Boston and Moscow professionally (in english) as Valya in Playing The Victim by the Presniakovs, directed by Kiril Serebrenikov, Place I've Never Been To directed by Ivan Popovski, Sliding Luche directed by Oscaras Corshinovas, Chekhov's The Bear and The Wedding directed by Yuri Yeromen, and Finer Noble Gases directed by Robert Olinger, an American director and former student of Kama Ginkas.
